When building my form with Web Builder 1.0, I needed a checkbox with A LOT of entries (over 100) with a slider bar to select one or more.
Here's my trick. Navigate to the location of your software {in my WinXP platform, it's [Program Files]>[Coffee Cup}>[Web Form Builder]}. Dig down a bit farther to [option-lists] and open any file in NOTEBOOK. Ctrl-A to select all entries, then delete them. Ctrl-C to select YOUR LIST, then Ctrl-V to paste it into the NOTEBOOK file, then SAVE AS [newname.txt].
When you CLOSE Web Builder and REOPEN it, you may select your new list for populating your special checkbox field.
Enjoy!
Tip/trick: Creating a new option list
I think this was discussed here also.
