I purchased and am using form builder for the first time, so I am sure this is a user issue.

I built and added the form to my website. As far as I can tell, I followed the instructions I was prompted with to add to my site. But instead of seeing the form on the website, there is a "Click Here" link (See screenshot_ Form Click Here.png).
After clicking on the link, I see what's in the screenshot (Screenshot_Form pop up). Clearly this is my first rodeo. How do I fix this?

that looks to me like you pasted the link not the code into a container.

haw diud you publish the form ? did you use "publish" or publish automatic or manual?

Did you put that testing message?? on the form look like maybe either it's an older form from before you purchased? a bit confusing.
