The trial version does not allow exporting unfortunately. Just sent you my email address.

I do see that file in my exported folder of my current version 2.9 build 5557. I'll see if I can figure out what to do with it.

You may have already figured this out, and I'm not sure if there is a warning on the trial version, but when I went to install version 2.20 it was very clear that I had to uninstall all previous versions before installing the new 2.20. FWIW

I do that every time with every one of the CC apps,, and do a clear all leftover files scan ,, (making sure I rename the ''shared settings' file first so that after a clean install I can rename it back again and restore all my custom components etc

OK so here is my conundrum
I loaded a new form to a website (exported)

Everything works hunky dory,, except it is below the fold the the page where it is embedded,
when the page loads, it jumps down to the form,, (which isn't that good a thing to do as there is information the visitor needs to see before getting to the form.

I have tried everything I can think of to stop that, but to no avail

anyone else have that thing happening? or happened and have a solution ??

I also loaded it onto my SDrive and the same thing happens there (except the form is not embedded it is in a Iframe)

It's beginning to frustrate and annoy me,

I can't give a link yet to the pages (client confidentiality) so was just wondering if it's happening to anyone else

I have experienced this before! Goto Form Options tab>then set the AutoFocus dropdown to None.

can't think why,, that would even over-ride the CSS tab index stuff especially for the 'SKIP' button (accessibility for keyboard only users) but who cares now, because it all works like the well oiled design its supposed to be
