Grab the html editor and build your own custom error pages to replace those.

Thanks, but that does not answer my question. I have a page created for this instance, however when this instance occurs I get the default Apache black letters on white background. Is there an error in the program.

I bet your using a style sheet. Try putting the css in the head of your error page.
