I'm using Access Manager for the first time and I cannot login to my server when setting up a website profile. See screenshot attached, I have blanked out the user name in the screenshot.
I am using the same login information that I use when connecting with WS_FTP and can connect using this third party software.
I have tried with and without checking Passive Mode.
Access Manager reports that my server is compatible.

I am running Windows 7.
Access manager is Version 4 build 214

I have forgot all of my passwords on my access manager server and the pc I had the client configured on crashed. How do I remove Access mgr from the server.

Delete your .htaccess files.
I would keep copies of them in case there's other things on there controlling your server.
