Hi Marc,
Keep in mind that the 420px width area, the carousel is in, includes any padding and other styles needed for that area, so the actual space available will be a little smaller... the images may need to be a bit smaller than 420 or you'd have to make changes to allow an image of 420px. 400px-410px may be an ideal size for those carousel images.

Ok, pics are loaded, it works but I still see a rounded corner at the top left and the images might need to be shrunk a bit. I will shrink them down tonight unless anyone has any pointers for me first
Try using the following....
For .pics img try using the following property values:
width: 420px !important;
height: 410px !important;
padding: 10px !important;
This should override the current inline styling the images have and alter things enough for a better view.
Now all you need to do is tinker with it to what you need.
Note: The current padding of 15px for .pics img is taking 30px of the "usable space". Meaning, if you originally had 420px width of available space, then 15px padding would automatically knock that space down to 380px.
Hope that makes sense. :-)

Yes indeed, I agree Mr Steve.
Hi Marc,
Not sure if you want or need it, but I took the liberty to resize the fireplace image. That image is a monster and needs to be tamed.
I've attached a 400x322 for you... should fit a little better for you..
You should also look at your logo size and reduce that. It is very large and slowing down you site speed. Right now its 2503x1645.
