ok i have worked with other gif animators in the past and am not entirely clueless but i have made a simple banner using 2 gif images and a 1.5 second delay on each. i preview it and it works fine but once i save it as a gif, all of the animation is gone and i have a non-animated gif.

can anybody tell me what i am doing wrong?

nevermind, i am borderline retarded and my pc was opening it with microsoft photo editor instead of viewer...
