There are the 4 boxes.........
1. your own site name
eg. www.yoursite.com
2. your user name that you usually use to get into the client area of your internet server
3. the password you use for same
4. I have left mine blank and it works ok
I have not touched anything else on my internal ftp, so it should be sufficient just to click "OK"
