I am having trouble seeing my email in the default browser. I can't see images and layout has changed. When I view it in Chrome and FireFox eveything is perfect. I changed the default browser to IE10 but did not help. What would be the problem?
Thanks for your help!. Also, do you offer services to clean the code and how much. The is a html email. About 200 lines. Thanks.

Developing html email has to be one of the hardest thing to do when it comes to building websites. The best thing to do is to either use inline styling or html tables or a combination of both.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Eric, I'm building an email. Simple one page. The default browser in the editor, which IE does not work. Firefox and Chrome work perfectly. Actually would like to change the default browser to chrome. Can that be done?

The default browser for the built in preview will always be IE. You can set the version under "Tools"/"preferences"/ "Browser Testing". You can preview in a browser window outside the app with any browser and those choices are set on the same tab as above for the built in preview window.

So to expand on what Eric said in his first post, are you using inline styling or trying to use CSS at the top of the page? If at the top of the page, put the CSS into inline styling as Email styling has not caught up to CSS for a lot of email servers yet. This will most likely fix your IE issue as well.

If you are already using inline styling, post a link to your email (upload it to a test server somewhere) so we can take a better look at the code, much easier to help that way. :)

Hi Eric,
Are you familiar with the web form builder? I have a drupal site. I am very unhappy with the look of the form for the credit card input. I would like to have a more custom design. Is this web form builder software something I could create and integrate with my drupal site?

Thanks Natalia

The Webform builder should work with your Drupal site. I don't use Drupal but I'm pretty sure there has been a few users on the form that have done it. Give the trial version a run and post back if you can't get it working.
