I'm completly lost

I was asked by my user to create a signup sheet so they could get the names of persons attending a meeting. I have never done anything like this and I'm at a total loss as to where or how to Google or Yahoo a search.

This is my interpretation of their request: http://www.olympiahighlanderspipesanddr … vents.html

however what they wanted is a signup sheet that would be retained on the sight and updated as each new person filled it in.
I hope I'm explaining it clearly. Here is their request:

"Okay, I got to the Members page and got to the Christmas flyer. THANKS. Now here's my question: is it possible to put a page on the members section in which people can sign up on that electronic 'sheet' to RSVP, so that they don't need to send anything to me? So then I can go to Members section and see who has signed up to attend?"

I would really appreciate any help on how to find (ie Google) information.

Um, cause it doesn't apply to cc products... :/

EDIT: I should elaborate on that...it deosn't really involve a product other than cc, but a free service that can integrate with a VSD site, or any other. If you think it appropriate I'd be happy to share ...

You can either submit the data to a mysql database or save it as a csv file and extract it from there.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Thanks to everyone. I really appreciate the camaraderie in this site! Gunsmoke, Thanks for the links, I went to the site and although I couldn't find what I needed, I will definitely use the site in my future endevours!

I literally stumbled onto this site while wandering. I honestly don't know how I found it! it's name is: FormSite and the URL is a .com. They are worth looking into if you need a specialized signup sheet or such. (My apologies if I broke a rule here?).

Thanks again

Hi Kieth,

I've got the Web Form Builder also; however, I'm having a minor problem with it. The version I have (current version) wants to locate all of my input fields in the center of the form and refuses to allow me to re-locate them. I'm in a minor time crunch and don't have the time right now to find a work-around or solution. Aside from that, I needed a form that would populate a sign-up sheet that our Treasurer could view and view all of the signees at once.

The form builder will put content into mysql database, that should be the easy part.

You would then need a php script to pull data out and display on page, hope your php skills are better than mine.
