in the default.css line 326.
nav ul {
clear: left;
list-style: none;
width: 610px;
height: 40px;
margin-left: 0;
padding-top: 50px; //remove this
text-align: left;
border: none;
}


When you get that done we'll address the other issues.:)

Are you sure? I cleared my cache and refreshed several times and it's unchanged.
