Hiya Steve,
That would be something you would contact customer support for. They do have a paid service for helping people with this type of thing. If you're already familiar with HTML and CSS you shouldn't have too much difficulty learning the HTML Editor as it's pretty intuitive for the most part. If you don't know those things yet, then I suggest you get some knowledge behind you to better use the programs.

Sounds like you are talking about the OSX Web Editor? If so then you probably should be posting in those specific forums as I had assumed you meant the HTML editor is what you needed help with. The OSX software have their own set of forums to use so they can be kept separate from the Windows versions since they are not exactly alike as you're already finding out.
Steve, the Web Editor has yet to 'grow up'. We are waiting for CC to implement a toolbar. When that is done, I think you will find your way around the programme yourself.

Not really, weeks I hope. I'm bending their ears over it every now and then.

why did you not download the trial first? Is that not the point of them having one so you can test it? I always do that.
Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
