Came up with a fun way of using Web Form Designer as a way to include a ratings system on a testimonial/review page I've done for one of my colleagues - a veterinarian. Here's the "test" form: http://pawpads2.coffeecup.com/forms/tes … l%20submit

It works really well on default theme - if you want to change the form theme, you will have to simply retweak the font color to make sure it blends into the background and tweak the image padding to line up the radio buttons with the image lines of stars.

I would like to share the site we created using CoffeeCup software.

It's a memorial for a friend who passed this summer. He was exactly 90 years old, and, being a psychoanalyst, affected the lives of many.

We used Photo Gallery and Web Form Builder. We decided to use You Tube-hosted audio and video components because of browser issues with Flash. You'll notice in the footer of each page (except the photo gallery page, which we wanted to keep clean), there is a link to the iPad version of the photo gallery. Go ahead and click on it to see how we handled that. This method worked out nicely, as those who access the photo gallery page with an iPad automatically land on this version.

I'm so very grateful that the CoffeeCup people have listened to us, and re-worked Web Form Builder to make the styling of forms much easier. I kept bumping up against styling issues when I tried to produce the form as the graphic designer asked for it. Kudos to CoffeeCup for this! I can't wait to make my next form.
