I don't think that the flash check is working, I have pointed this to a few sites that have heavy flash usage and it passes. What is this looking for, can you give me some sample sites where this check fails?

Can you share the URL you are using so I can look into this? We are looking for the <embed> <object> and in some cases, just .swf file references.
