I'm playing around with the trial versions of the editor and visual site designer and I purchased an Editor theme. When I open the editor I click on "Start with a theme", but the one I purchased doesn't appear in the lists. How can I use the theme? Any and ALL help is appreciated!

You need to install the theme first for it to appear inside of the theme chooser.
