connecting and uploading my files

I am new to this ftp and uploading and downloading web pages. I need help to do this. can somebody take me step by step on this please

Or if your trying to use one of CC's ftp programs to ftp pages built with something else.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
