I am testing a webpage that uses javascript. Will the javascript run in the preview window?

Take the HTML Editor for a trial run. You have 30 days to use it for free and that's the best way to see what does and does not work or preview in it

I do know for sure that most flash items don't preview, but javascript is different and some things do and some things don't and I'm sure it has a lot of factors as to the what's and why's of it. Best way to find out is to give it a whirl
