Error when Attempting to Save File:...
Hello, please help... I cant save the file I have been working on in coffeecup... it simply states ERROR cant save the file blah blahblah.html.... Ideas?
I have not had the software for 28 days yet.
I have saved this file a number of times previously as I have been working on it.
Not sure how to proceed without losing my new changes. ? Thanks.

Hiya Clara,
In order to help you better, we would need to know exactly what program it is that is giving you this error. Let us know that part and hopefully we can help you out to know where to go from there

Have you changed something in you user account in windows?
It's look like you don't have permission to write files in path that you wrote, probably error has nothing to do with software.

Thank you both for taking time to read and reply... I have been working on things since I first posted, and do believe there is an issue with the path, this is most logical. However, all my permissions, sharings etc are clear, I have double checked everything I can think of. You are correct, not a coffeecup issue....
I have changed nothing whatsoever on the computer or within the software. Unusual issue, but I am simply going to go around it for now by saving to the desktop, renaming the file and then moving it to the folder it needs to reside in. I recognize I need to figure out why the destination folder appears locked, even after I have gone through all the properties etc.. so, overall the immediate issue is solved, again, thank you for your time. I'm a trial user and also having the issue of not being able to save any changes. I've made changes before but not tonight. I've already closed and re-opened twice and have lost changes both time. Renaming the file or changing the saving path do not help.
