Once I map Links onto my image, how can i email that in outlook and have link stay active?

I'm not sure what exactly you are doing, but if you upload a web page with an image map and send a link to that webpage to someone, that should work.

What you cannot do is email the image and have the links on the image remain active if that is what you mean. The image must have a "home" where someone can link from...which is where Inger's suggestion comes in. You create a "home" for the image by hosting it on a server.
