Direct FTP is also just a tool. Which server do you upload to?

I think we need to see your project to find out what is going on here.

I'm sorry, but ilala.org is the domain name of your organisation. The domain and its name have been bought from some hosting company, and ilala.org is located on one of that company's servers. Wayan was asking for the name of that company.

Krista, you said you were a beginner. Here in this forum, we have been giving help to someone maintaining the domain ilala.org before. Her name was Angie Mulligan, see this conversation some years ago: https://www.coffeecup.com/forums/site-d … post281609
Do you know her? Maybe she could help you get into things with the CC apps and the site.

Update
Just incase anyone following. The pdf file was empty that's why it looked like not showing still working on the 2 images it is probably the error with direct FTP that seems to occur sometimes whereby the images are there but for some reason they need to be manually uploaded to the hosting server. I don't have the foggiest idea why but once manually uploaded everything as sweet as apple pie. Just waiting to see if Krista can follow my video on how to do that

Sometimes, FTP connections or hosting servers can encounter issues that require manual intervention to resolve. If you continue to face any challenges or need further assistance, feel free to provide more details or ask for help, and I'll do my best to assist you. Good luck with resolving the remaining issues!
