Hello all! My name is Rachel and I am a brand new Coffee Cup user, but so far what I've seen - I've liked!!! My partner and I run our own business in Perth, Western Australia, which we purchased a couple of years, and since then we have been dragging it kicking and screaming into the 21st century (it didn't even have a running cash register when we bought it, and EFTPOS had only just been put on in the few months prior!!! ) As you can imagine, it has been a terribly hard and long overdue endeavour but we have achieved a lot - EFTPOS is now completely functional, we are running on a barcode/scan register system (no mean feat, let me tell you!), we have email - yes, that's right it didn't even have email - and now I am attempting the next part of this ginormous makeover - the website and webstore.

I've browsed through the forums and everyone seems really helpful, so I'm excited to know that I will be able to ask questions freely. The software seems fantastic so I've downloaded the apps I need and I'm off to get started....
