Maybe you remember a couple of years ago there was a new release of some RSD version, and when people had installed it, they discovered that all the themes and components were missing. The advice then was to delete the shared settings, because the cc apps would generate a new one. That solved the problems with the themes and components, but all the DFTP settings went down the drain. I then made it a habit not to delete the file, just remove it from the roaming folder. I opened RSD so that the new file could be generated, and then I put my old file back. When reopening RSD I still had my themes etc, and also my DFTP settings (and I have many!). I'm not saying that this method will solve the problems with the missing images, but I think I would try it before deleting the shared settings file.

Thanks Inger and Mark, and I understand and have that problem resolved now, per my last post above, and your comments. ( I didn't know about the proportions thing, Inger, and will check that now. couldn't figure what was causing that jumping. Thanks.

I also need to work on the image and payment stuff that's shifted to the left side, and I'm not seeing why. Thee two pages were nicely centered before. I had columns set on each side, so that the smaller images were staying centered.

Melissa, are you familiar with the programme Photoshop and its .psd files? I have changed the proportions and am sending the psd file so that you can move the eagle around if you want. This image has the same relation between length and height (the proportions), but they are not the same size. But I don't think that will matter too much. Will you be able to convert it to a jpg file for the web?

There is no global setting for it, you have to reset them one by one. Click on where it says rem and you will have a series of options.

Oh, proportion and length. I wasn't understanding what you were getting at - sorry.

The frustrating thing is that my current main site is ok, but the rebuild is having problems.

The proportions again. If you divide the height of an image by the width you get a number. If two images are different in size but if their heights divided by the widths give the same result, then they have the same proportions. For example, a small and a large 3x2 image have the same proportions because according to the mentioned maths, the result will be 0,66666.

But I thought I'm using the same image in all the places it's used. and that it will just get reduced, with the same proportion, if I put columns to the left and right of it. But on the other page, it's not working.

And I'm baffled as to why the payment page keeps the payment code on the left, instead of centering it like it used to. Oh wait...I can open one of the older copies of the site in 2.5 and get some insight into that.

Could someone please help me with the difference between the payment page at https://denverprocessservers.net/ and https://denverprocessservers.net/test , and why the test one has the payment code on the left instead of the center? I've been trying to see why, for hours and cant find out the difference that's causing it.

Never mind the above post. I just looked at the /test/ folder on my phone and everything looks totally horrible. I don't know why, but every page is unusable. So all I have is the last uploaded site on my main page, and I'm not even sure how to get it into another usable and working .rsd file for RSD 2.5.

It looks pretty decent on my PC, but when I look with the phone, it's horrible.

Actually it doesn't look too bad in Firefox on my phone - it's just Chrome that looks terrible.
