Please tell me if the new form builder is not based on flash.
I really enjoyed the form builder I purchased and I now need to build forms that will be seen.
Flash is being discontinued in "20".

The new Web Form builder doesn't use any Flash. Works on all devices, i.e., iPhone, Android, PC, and Mac.
