I have links in my author website that go directly to the book in Amazon, but they open in the tab I am in. Is there a way to have them open in a new tab, so that my site remains open? I am using a Button Link.

Yes there is but with caution

1/ set the link target to
_blank

Go the link attribute and select "CUSTOM"

replace custom with rel
then the value as noopener (no spaces all lower-case)

it's usual and also considered best practice to indicate somewhere on the link that the link will open a new page,,but that's up to you.
