It would be awfully nice to see, "Last major edit: (date in your favorite format)," on every tutorial if not every page. I have not yet found ONE tutorial on this website builder software company's website that tells anyone when it was posted. My website sucks, bigly, but at least my readers know how long any particular page has been left rotting in the sun. Is that too much to ask?

I agree with you. The tutorials should be dated.

Which Tutorials?

I understand it to be the programme tutorials here on the CC site. Another option would perhaps be to mention for which version of the programme in question the tutorial has been made.

You find them among all the CC articles. Mind you, they are dated, at least with the date of the creation, but I don't know if any updates are. But especially the ones for the 'R' apps should have a note about which version they have been written for, I'm thinking of the change from desktop down to mobile up.
