Program won't launch
I downloaded the program, installation seemed fine, but when I try to launch I go to a Thanks for Trying our Software Window. It says 11 days left in a blue bar. Nothing happens when I hit Start the Program or Exit. I have to use task manager to close the window. I tried running it as administrator... same thing.
More info would be VERY helpful for those users here who might be able to give you some pointers...

CoffeeCup PROGRAM!
May need even more info than this, but off top of my head this would be a GOOD START

On had Vista on my old desktop and I had to play with the DEP settings to get most programs to run correctly.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Hi,
Tech support solved the problem. It was my DPI scaling settings, they must be at default 96. I must now get new glasses though.

That is support sticky #1.
As a matter of fact, they should incorporate it into the program name somehow.

CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!
Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
