I already purchased the big cup. Now when I want to use the software, it asks me to buy, I click the button, it takes me back to the site and tells me my cart is empty. The software is already downloaded. Do I need to download it again??? If so, do I have to download each program individually instead of downloading what I bought today - the big cup?

I have an order number but no license number or anything.

If you purchased themes, graphics, fonts, and/or PDF's, please be sure to select the appropriate tab at the top to access the download.

When you download the registered version, it will automatically remove the trial version for you.
