Does CoffeeCup have any themes available for local elections?

The purpose and intent of the site is to convey information to the electorate about the candidates/partys platform, etc.

The Structure would be similar to an e-commerce site, but as you drill down through info you find links to supporting/related info in the form of links to documents and info on district websites, government websites, news articles, legal links such as to the Local Government Act, etc.,and other social media.

There would of course be a feedback and forum section and donations.

I don't think that there is such a template or theme. But you can tweak the e-commerce template to fit your needs. There are people in this forum who will be able to help with most things, like e.g. a feedback form. I think regarding the forum, it would be best installing a ready-made one and just change the look of it to match the site.
