When Trying to Publish My Shop I Receive the Error "Failed While Saving Products"

If you are trying to export or publish your shop and you receive an error message that says, "Failed while saving products," the likely cause is a security setting in your anti-virus program that does not allow applications to write to the Windows temporary folder.  To correct this you will either need to disable that program or configure the security settings in the software to allow data to be written to the Windows temporary folder.
