When you first create your CoffeeCup account we will send a message to the email address you used with a link to activate your account. We do this to make sure you own that email address and prevent annoying bots from creating accounts and abusing our services.
If you created an account and haven't received the activation email, please check your spam folder (everyone makes mistakes, even spam filters) and make sure that "@coffeecup.com" is in your contacts list or whitelist. If you didn't see the email in your spam folder just resend the activation email and it should arrive within a few minutes.
