Web Image Studio can be used to customize the graphics in any CoffeeCup theme or graphics pack, which means that you can tweak any aspect of your Web Calendar themes! It's actually really easy (and fun) to do.

You just need to know where those themes are stored on your computer, and where to save images. Here's where they can be found:

Windows 7 / Vista

C:\Users\[account-name]\Documents\CoffeeCup Software\Web Calendar\themes

Windows XP

C:\Documents and Settings\[account-name]\My Documents\CoffeeCup Software\Web Calendar\themes

Editing your theme graphics is a simple three-step process:

  1. Open one of the WIF files for the theme you want to work on in Web Image Studio.
  2. Make your spiffy changes.
  3. Use the Save for Web feature and save the image in the appropriate theme folder listed below. You'll be prompted to overwrite the image. Select Yes.

Each theme has its own images folder, and you'll need to save your customized graphics in that theme's folder for it to appear in Web Calendar. Depending on which version of Windows you are using, start with the address shown above and then look for the images folder using the following list as a guide:

Cracker Jack:

CoffeeCup Software\Web Calendar\themes\Cracker Jack\html\images

Stationary:

CoffeeCup Software\Web Calendar\themes\Stationary\html\images

BlueBeams

CoffeeCup Software\Web Calendar\themes\BlueBeams\html\images

Burger:

CoffeeCup Software\Web Calendar\themes\Burger\html\images

Carbon:

CoffeeCup Software\Web Calendar\themes\Carbon\html\images

Flip:

To see your adjusted theme, all you have to do is restart Web Calendar. That's all there is to it!
