How Can I Back Up My Custom Images and Effects Settings?

In Power Post you have the ability to create custom image sizes and effects. If you plan to switch computers or format your existing computer, you may want to back up this information. To locate this information, follow these steps:

 

For custom Image Sizes:

1. Go to Start Menu > Run and type in REGEDIT

2. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\CoffeeCup Software\CoffeeCup Power Post

3. Under the resizepresets name, copy the value data

 

For custom Effects:

1. Go to Start Menu > Run and type in REGEDIT

2. Navigate to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\CoffeeCup Software\CoffeeCup Power Post

3. Under the effects name, copy the value data

 

Note: Use caution when editing the Windows Registry! Making changes to any of these values can easily cause programs to severely malfunction. However, if you follow these steps and merely copy data without changing it, everything should be perfectly fine.
