The easiest way to show our tech support team what your software issue looks like is to take a screenshot. A screenshot is an image of your computer screen. If you aren’t sure how to take a screenshot, follow these instructions.
When the issue occurs, press the Print Screen key on your keyboard. This copies an image of your computer screen onto the Windows clipboard. Next, open up an image-editing program such as MS Paint, and then paste the image by navigating to Edit > Paste or by pressing Ctrl+V on your keyboard. Finally, save the image in .gif or .png format. That’s it!
Here's what not to do: putting images in .doc or PDF format or taking a picture with a camera. We discourage these methods simply because they're imprecise and inconvenient for us and for our users.
