If you load your form and you see this error message where the reCAPTCHA box should be:

Input error: k: Format of site key was invalid

This means your CAPTCHA settings are still set to Automatic (S-Drive). To correct this, follow these steps:

  1. Open your form and double-click your Captcha element.
  2. Under the Captcha drop-down, change Automatic (S-Drive Only) to Manual.
  3. Then you will need to follow the article Understanding reCAPTCHA in Web Form Builder.
  4. Once you have completed that article save and upload all of your files to your server.
