Is this still an active piece of software from CC? Just curious as I am looking for a route to take a little above the standard paypal (Buy it now) buttons and such to sell items on a website.

You can still use it, but it won't let you create responsive sites. If you don't have too many items to sell, an idea could be to set up Paypal buttons in the Form builder.

Yeah - just dont think paypal will work because i plan on having multiple items across multiple pages so i definitely need some sort of shopping cart function

You can look at shopping scripts available for purchase or free on the cpanel of your host. Some scripts may have an embed able feature.
