It seems that latest update or V2 of BB (and FF) have now caught the applications up to their respective framework features in RSD 2 beta. Is this true? For instance, BB and FF now appear to have the same component functionality as RSD.

They are similar, but not the same. RSD 2.1 contains CSS Blend Modes, Video Background Components and the Out of View states just to mention a few off the top of my head.

Now if those Bootstrap people can just get it out of alpha/beta......
