I've got a strange behaviour. You can see in the attachement (please zoom into the graphic) that the orange row and the column with the social media buttons is wider than the others. This effect is only in the resolution from 992px to 1200px and only at uneven numbers of pixels (e.g. 1003, 1017 etc.). I've nothing found that could explain that behaviour …

I think I can spot a pixel or so more width. If you could zip up your project file and post it here, we can take a look at the settings. If the zipped file is too big to be posted here, then you could upload it and let us have the URL.

I note that the effect applies to widths of an odd number of pixels and not to widths of an even number of pixels.

This seems to me likely to result from applying a percentage (or other non-pixel measurement, such as ems) to widths, margins, or padding. In the display such non-pixel measurements are bound to be converted at some stage to a number of pixels. As far as I know, one cannot display a fraction of a pixel, and so the conversion is bound to result sometimes with the number of pixels being rounded up or down.

Okay, I understand. But I haven't used ems or percentages in the width of rows, columns and other objects anywhere …

If it is so, as Frank says, why ist this behaviour only in the range from 992px to 1200px?

I agree that the RBB file disproves my speculation. I note the following.

(a) Using the Show Guides button to mark just the rows I think shows that it's not the rows that have the seeming variable pixel width.
(b) Using 'Preview on ...' doesn't have the problem in Firefox, but it does in Midori which uses a similar basis for display to Bootstrap Builder's canvas (see here )
(c) It seems therefore possible that some non-pixel based calculations are going on in Bootstrap Builder's canvas display, but do not affect the output code or its interpretation by non-webkit based browsers.

After having previewed the rbb file in RBB itself, Ffx, IE11, Chrome and Edge, I can't see any rows being wider than the other ones.
