Greeting,
I download a few themes to use in my CSS Grid Builder 2.5. In the zip file it contained one file that my Site Designer 3.0 recognizes, but I can't seem to get CSS Grid to recognize the file with the cgbtheme extension. I tried to rename the extension to cgb and it was recognized, but will not open. I am using Windows 10 as my OS.

To me it looks like you have got a SD3 version.
