Thanks for the link, bur I am still not getting it. I followed the instruction and I end up with a small box that I can expand to fill the area I want. It contains the proper name of the form and then it has grayed out looking text that says to select Preview to see the form. When I select Review it of course opens the web window, but the form is not on the page. I have the proper site selected in the Form builder and the form box shows on the Coffee Cup site under Services.

You will never see it in preview if you are using VSD. It will only show once you upload your page.

Thanks Scott, I was confused, because the instruction simply said "Position it where you like, then click the Preview toolbar button to see it in action!". It did not say to upload the page to see it.
Jack,
I find that the positioning of a form in VSD can be off compared to what you see on your real site. So don't expect it to come out perfect the first shot. Publish then take a look at it real-time. I've had to make many fine adjustments to the location of the form in VSD to make it look right after publishing.

Once you publish the form files to your site, then you can preview it in VSD. It just needs to be able to get the files from the server.

Yes I noticed that. It took a few tries to get it right. I am just use to doing all the coding in HTML Editor, so I see in the preview what I will see when it is live.
