Facebook Like Button Not Accurate -...
I have done a couple websites that included a Facebook Like button.. but when it is shown, it says there are only a couple "likes" when really there are 60+. Why is this not accurate?
Example: http://tdcustoms.com/Contact.html and https://www.facebook.com/tdcustomspaintandbody

Okay, let me take a shot at this ...
Facebook looks at each and every URL as unique. So, when you generate your plugin for Coffeecup it is looking at your URL for tdcustoms.com whereas the facebook page has a URL of https://www.facebook.com/tdcustomspaintandbody. Two different sites as far as facebook is concerned.
There is a solution!
Generate your code for your web site using your facebook page URL'
example:
This is the code for your button.
Change the tdcustoms.com to https://www.facebook.com/tdcustomspaintandbody and it should pull the likes from your facebook page.

I think those are supposed to be 2 different numbers. On your website, that is the number of times someone has liked that page. On Facebook, those are the number likes for your Facebook posts.

Yes, putting the facebook link instead of the site link did work. I think you're right about that Scott. Thanks.
