Hey Nadine,
What you need to do here is just publish the second site into a different remote folder. This way the two websites will not interact with one another when you publish.
1. Go to the Publish Menu and select FTP Account Settings and create a new FTP Account.
2. In the remote folder path, you need to specify a new sub-folder name. Something like /public_html/second-website-name
3. Go to the Publish Menu and select Choose a Publishing Destination and select your FTP Account and then click Save.
4. Finally, go to the Publish Menu and select Re-Sync Website.

Because of my recent purchase of Responsive Layout Maker Pro that allow me to finally use my CoffeeCup HTML Editor which require the creation of a new draft of my current web site at www.realitygdk.com.
Problem and question, although I can see individual page with the Tools-Test with Default Browser, but this does not gave me a clear view as to what this site looks like in total.
Will the advice that you gave to Nadine work for me without wiping out my present site—the reason for why I have yet to attempt to synch this newly created RLMP/HTML site due to the warning that if done incorrectly will wipe out my present site.
Thanks for being there Scott...at all time of the day...

Hi there Reality GDK,
What I would do in this case is create a new folder on your server and upload your work in progress there. That way you will still be able to see your changes without affecting your current website.
