I have saved, uploaded, re synced uploaded, cleared the cache on 3 different browsers but for the life of me I cannot get rid of the 3 coloured boxes that are on the page. (with the signatures sat on) The coloured boxes were deleted hours ago and are not showing in VSD but they still show up on preview and after uploading on 3 different browsers after cache clean and ctrl+ f5

Last attempt.. I closed down VSD started it up, selected relevant page no coloured boxes. preview and the coloured boxes are there ???

It looks as if they're part of IMG_1.JPG, check your VSD Files folder and delete it from there. You may need to re-insert your background image from its original file location.

Sorry,Don't understand it.
Just looked at Files img_1 in the folder and there are no coloured boxes on the image There are no coloured boxes in VSD, neither on top or behind other elements, yet if I save and upload they are there.

I really need to understand why I would delete img_1 when there are no coloured boxes on the image.

If it's no longer in your VSD Files folder, then go to your hosting control panel and have a look – delete any images that shouldn't be there.
I would use the original image file for the background – not one created by VSD (those are the numbered .JPGs, like IMG_1). If you created the background in VSD rather than a graphics program, try deleting it from that page and then re-do it, don't copy it from another page.

Ok thanks..... nearly getting there I think, but I think it will end up with me destroying the page ( out of sheer frustration)

This is where I am at the moment. I had 3 coloured boxes made by VSD sat on the grey image (made with VSD) and 3 pen animations on the top. I have now used Paintshop pro and made the coloured boxes as 1 image and at the moment sat on the grey image and the 3 pen animations are behind the colored boxes.
Everything is as I expect but now I obviously want the coloured box moved back or the pen animations brought forward. It doesn't do it right if I use Object /arrange menus.

Am I supposed to send the coloured box backward or select the pen animations and bring them forward or something else. I have tried both and I get problems each time.

UPDATE:
Weird.... If I send the coloured boxes backward only one of the 3 images underneath show. When I select the 3 images underneath the coloured boxes and bring to the front only 1 of the 3 images appear............... had yet another go and it seems to be working now so in 2 mins I will have a go at uploading and hope for the best.

I thought you wanted to get rid of the colored boxes.... Now you want them there?
Could you give your animations a background color?

Confusing isn't it... I wanted the boxes. After I had put the boxes there, when I uploaded I could see a duplicate set of boxes approx 10px up and to the left so that's why I wanted to delete them and start again but as you know from previous posts I couldn't seem to get rid of them to be able to start again of which I have now done but instead of making 3 coloured boxes with VSD shapes I have done 1 image of them in other software.

If I had known what I was going to do with the animations yes, I could have given them a background colour but I wanted them transparent when I made them to go on any colour background. It doesn't work too well trying to put a background colour onto the animation after it has been made.

The thing is I don't make serious webpages I just like playing around with VSD tweaking and medling............ big mistake for me, coz that's when it all goes wrong

I didn't realize it was an issue with duplicate items, now I get it....way too late.
