I am using Virtual Site Designer 5.9.4 to develop my website and the offline html files look fine when previewed, however when I upload to my Yahoo website everything get distorted or is missing. When I download back from the website and view on my PC they appear distorted as well. It's like something is happening to the files during the upload process. Feel free to have a look.

Might have to be a little more specific as to what is distorted/missing and what it should look like. It seems fine from my view, but I don't know what I'm looking for to be wrong.

Yesterday I deleted all files (html & jpg) from my website and re-uploaded and now everything looks OK. However, the Coffee Cup utility did not upload the jpg files, I had to use FileZilla to manually upload these files. Any ideas as to what may have caused this?

Newer VSD versions only upload changes made, so it's quite possible it didn't realize you manually deleted the files from the web server (so it didn't bother to upload them again). I think the Re-sync option might've taken care of that, but I can't say for sure since I haven't had to use it yet myself.
