Hi,
I tried to download VSD 5.9.4 onto my new macbook. When i open CoffeeVisualSite59R.exe it is all symbols unreadable and at the top says Cannot be opened in DOS mode. I'm not usually a mac user and trying to understand it but I thought it ran windows. Can someone help?!
Thanks.

Sylvia, your MacBook will need an Intel processor and then the only way to run CC software at this point is thru Windows. You will need a program named Parallels to run a copy of windows on your MAC in order to run the CC app. In order to use parallells, you will need a legal copy of Windows OS and install it on the MAC thru Parallels. You would then be running the windows app on your MAC and running the CC app within that windows interface. It is NOT a good mix because Parallels/Windows tends to eat resources on your MAC and run slowly. Rememer, this all will ONLY work if you have an Intel processor on your MAC.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
