The email didn't bother me too much since I have it hosted with our other Yahoo emails, but I didn't know there was a free option out there. Good to know!

Better than that Paintbrush, your new email address WILL NOT be an alias

So it wont suffer the dreded Hotmail rejection or into spam folder , like i get using gmail

That is if your customer (made a purchase using hotmail address) will now NOT reject your replies (confirmation of order) and therefore wont feel ignored

I lost dozens of potential orders because i was using an alias in gmail because it was attached to basically a different server address and ip address, and hotmail rejected my replies

And CC loses out when their customers provide a hotmail address at account set up, because their (CC) emails get blocked, just had to sort a mess out with a friend who's got CC account with hosting via VSD, and their domain name expired because CC renewel reminders went in her spam folder
