Hey there.
I'm having difficulty changing /my_homepage_files/page1.html
into what I want it to say... I have a business and I hate that it says "my_homepage_files/page1.html" I want it to say "mybusinessname_files/products.html"
or something like that.
I did change the Page ID, saved it and uploaded the entire site again, but it still displays "myhomepage_files"
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Chris

Hi Chris,
My suggestion would be to open your website then go to "save as" under files, and and save it as website.com (your website name) save in the default place which is "My Documents" or where ever you like then close them both. Now open the one you just saved instead of the one you wanted to change, if all is good then delete or save it.
let us know please.

Thanks for the quick reply. Perhaps I should give the address.

I dont mind "default" so much -on the first page whe you click the link "home" but its when I link to another page and it displays "my_homepage_files/page2.html" etc that bothers me.
I did save it as lemonberry.com and then uploaded that page, but I'm still getting the same thing. It's not beyond the realm of possibility that I did what you asked me to do wrong, but I think I was following you.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks again,
Chris

Well Chris I would also like to point out that an upgrade could help with the problem as "my_homepage is nolonger used in this version.
2003 is your version which really I don't remember the version then, but try an upgrade. I believe that" my_website_files was the default website folder name in the upgrade it's the website name or whatever you name it to be.
