I would like to ask how to insert guide lines in all my pages in one time, I can only insert them in the first page and have to place these guides one for one in the following pages; since there are no rulers (?) this is not an easy job to do.

When I create a new website of about five or six pages it would be nice to insert these guides in all pages in one time to get the same layout in all pages.

Yes, they do not "stick" even if you use the template option. Here's what I have been doing: place the guides where I want them, do a print screen or a screen capture (I use SnagIt) and print a hardcopy. When you move the guides, you will see its coordinates on the screen, so I simply mark them down on my hardcopy for reference.

Granted, a little tedious, but goes give me consistent placement on every page, every time!
