I tried the free download, then purchased the registered version of VSD. Installed the registered version over top of the trial version. I find that after I open the program and perform a site upload, on the third upload once the program has opened I get the following error in Windows XP:

"There has been an error. Error running .../vsd.exe :child killed [man, is THAT a sucky message even from a human interface perspective!]: segmentation violation The application will exit now"

Note that I didn't try multiple updates using the trial version, so I don't know if the problem existed with that version as well.

Ideas (other than exiting the program and restarting it after every two uploads <G>)?

Ask for a refund and go buy xsitepro 2.

And no, I do not own or benefit n any way from anyone buying xsitepro2
