VSD Help needed after uploading -...

I am currently working on a site, where I am uploading the site to my server space, before its actually uploaded to the actual location where it will be housed. When I have the site's manager look at the site updates i've made, all of the text or graphics are either in the wrong place, or skewed, until you hit Refresh. Is this an issue with VSD? or outdated browsers? I know Internet Explorer is being used, but not sure of the version.

When testing the site myself, I get the weird view until I refresh. I have the most updated IE. Current version of VSD, registered version. Any suggestions would be great.

Looked good to me on the 1st try in IE7 & Firefox 3.0.1.
Was this site previously uploaded before changes and viewed by those computers or were those the first viewings of that page? I ask in case an older version of the site may have been in the browser's cache.

The site has been viewed previously when updates had been made. Most recent example is this morning. I made a couple of updates and let them know, and I got a response that 2 pink boxes were in the area where the company name should be. I suggested refreshing, but he sounded concerned that this would be an on-going issue. So I just wanted to see if there was anything I should be doing/not doing to curb this.

Thanks for checking!!
