VSD Uploading Wrong Files? and...
First time on the forum and I've been searching for topics related to my problem but have not yet found the same problem.
I host with GoDaddy and typically use their built in FTP to upload files from VSD. For some reason, no matter what info I enter in the VSD FTP uploader, it will not connect, and I have used every combination of "FTP Server", "Username" and "Password" possible. So I just use GoDaddys.
The primary issue comes when I update sections of my site. When I upload a revision, all of the images on the page get scrambled. I have figured out that the filenames on the server do not match the filename the page is pointing at.
For example, an image on a revised page will point to "image68", but when it uploads, "image68" is the wrong graphic. When I look at the directory of images uploaded, it will end up being "image72" or something. It appears my fix lies in "re-syncing" the page, but again, without being able to upload thru VSD, it doesn't work.
Is there a reason why the images are pointing to the wrong files? I have placed a call with coffeecup this past Monday with assurances of being called back and never heard back.
Any help is greatly appreciated...last weekend I uploaded revisions, then proceeded to spend 4 hours figuring out which images needed to be corrected. Thank you!

What version of Visual Site Designer are you using? Are you on a Godaddy Windows or Linux system? We do 100% of all testing on Godady, so I know it should definitely work.
When uploading, have you tried checking the passive ftp option?

I'm using V 5.9.4 but have not tried passive ftp option, I don't think.
It's Windows on GoDaddy. How can I do that?

Ok, I tried the passive ftp upload and got an error.
Under FTP Sever, I have tried both "ftp://www.reeb-roots.org" and just plain "reeb-roots.org".
I have the correct username and pass, and left "WWW Folder" blank, and also tried it with "/jnkreeb", my account name.
What did I miss?
